On November 25th, our college held the opening ceremony of the Malaysian International Student Industrial Robot Training Camp in the Conference Room 1809 of Kaizu Building. Zheng Wei, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of ZJCST, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Teachers from the School of New Energy Equipment and the International Exchange and Cooperation Center, as well as 24 Malaysian students, attended the ceremony. Xu Gang, Deputy Party Secretary and Dean of the School of New Energy Equipment, presided over the meeting.

        During his welcome speech, Zheng Wei pointed out that this industrial robot training camp organized by our college is the third student exchange activity between ZJCST and Malaysia in the fields of technology and education this year. The first two exchange and study activities have achieved fruitful results. While students have gained an understanding of China's technological development, they have also experienced the profoundness of Chinese culture and felt the harmonious coexistence and integration between different cultures. We believe that this exchange activity will continue to provide a platform for young students from both countries to exchange and learn, showcasing the profound friendship and common vision between the two sides in the field of education.

        Teacher representatives from the School of New Energy Equipment expressed empathy towards the upcoming training program for the students, based on his own study abroad experience. Malaysian student representative Zalis sincerely appreciated this study abroad opportunity, believing that this platform not only provides opportunities for Malaysian students to improve their teaching skills, but also promotes exchanges in practical and innovative methods in the field of technical and vocational education.

        After the meeting, the international students went to the 'UAV+' comprehensive training base, intelligent equipment training base, CMF innovative design training center, information security production training base, and security intelligent monitoring system comprehensive training base for on-site visits and in-depth experiences of the professional construction and teaching settings of security features.

        This time, Malaysian international students will conduct a two-week specialized training on industrial robots, as well as urban research and cultural exchange activities.
