In order to implement the document spirit of 'Supporting the pilot of international 'Higher Vocational Education' and 'Higher vocational education' in Wenzhou to promote the high-quality leapfrog Development of Modern Vocational Education (2023-2025)' and promote the high-quality development of education internationalization of our college, on the afternoon of April 24, The International Exchange and Cooperation Center held both online and offline cooperation chats with four universities in Japan, including the Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics, Kyoto College of Computer Science, Beiyang University and Yuyingguan University, to discuss international exchange and cooperation projects such as 'undergraduate degree' and 'master degree'.

The director of the International Student Business Department of the Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics ,Li Meihui, and the head of the International Student Recruitment Office, Wang Qi, the interim head of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of our college, together with the dean of Artificial Intelligence faculty, the Security Management faculty, the  Creative Design faculty and other stuffs of the college, held online Sino-Japanese education Cooperation fair in the conference room 1803 through the Internet connection. Li Meihui introduced the basic operations ofthe Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics and Kyoto College of Computer Science, and made a detailed explanation of the cooperation mode, academic arrangement, course cohesion and credit mutual recognition of the 'master degree' project jointly organized bythe Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics and Kyoto College of Computer Science in applied information technology, network business technology, TI animation and tourism, etc. The two parties have preliminary agreed to adopt the '2+1+2' model from the college straight to the master degree in the Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics.

After the online meeting with the Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics, the  International Exchange and Cooperation Center held another face-to-face meeting with two universities in the 2003 conference room in the comprehensive building named Kitayo University and Yuengkan University. Zhao Wanchun and Li Bingru, representatives of the East China Office of Japan Yuyingguan Education Group and our college, jointly carry out the 'further education' project and organize Sino-foreign cooperative education programs based on these two universities. Relevant personnel from the International Exchange and Cooperation Center and the human resources office all participated in the discussion.

IT is said that The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) is Japan's first graduate school of IT professional technology, and its parent is Japan's first computer education institution called Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG), committed to build 'the first IT professional institutions in Asia', has established cooperative relations with more than 100 universities in the United States, South Korea and China. Beiyang University and Yuyingguan University are two undergraduate institutions organized by Yuyingguan Education Group in Japan, specializing in business and information science respectively.
