On the morning of 19^th June , the discussion on the development of China-Pakistan Silk Road College was held in the conference room 1717 of the comprehensive building. Dr. Johar Ali, who is the principal of Pakistan Usman Institute of Technology Karachi, Dr. Jawwad Ahmad, who is the assistant professor of electronic Engineering from the same university, Zheng wei, dean of Intelligent and equipment faculty of our college, deputy director Xu Minmin, International Exchange and cooperation Center of our college, representative of the academic affairs Office and other relevant teachers attended the meeting.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on the development of the China-Pakistan Silk Road College, such as the talent training program, curriculum arrangements, mutual credit recognition, teachers exchange, and details of the study and life of exchange students and overseas students with academic qualification requirements in China.  We set up a communication mechanism through online meetings or emails on a regular monthly basis in the future, thus maintaining a close relationship.

To the next, the International Exchange and Cooperation Center will do its best to do the preparation for the coming international teachers and students in the autumn semester. In addition to teaching preparation, the Intelligent and Equipment faculty will arrange a China-Pakistan teachers' discussion group with Usman Institute of Technology, and strive to create a China-Pakistan Silk Road College talent training program and system which can be recognized by Pakistan's official education department next year. The academic Affairs Office will implement the mutual recognition of credits, class certification and other aspects of work.
